Nargoe Billye was the instrument with which Steve Swim spun dreams into song. He began recording the tracks for Diaphanous Weave in early 2004. Since that time, five of the musicians - Johnny Hughes, Lex Keim, Gates Miskovsky, Larry Feuerborn, and finally, Steve himself, slipped this mortal coil before Nargoe Billye's second and final album could be completed.

Those of us left behind finished the work in the hopes that it fulfills Steve's dream. We dedicate this album in remembrance of the unconditional love, dreams, and inspiration Stephen Otis Swim brought to everyone he touched.

As long as his music plays, Nargoe Billye lives on.
